John Pepin
John Pepin is an accomplished non-profit chief executive and consultant, Director of the consultancy JPA Europe Limited. He has over 15 years as a Chief Executive of a variety of charities and associations of differing sizes and complexities as well as extensive experience as a consultant, Board Trustee, Board Chair and Executive Committee member. He has had published a number of articles on a variety of subjects including social enterprise and venture philanthropy; research on collaboration and sharing back office supports in the non-profit sector; booklets providing guidance on social/commercial enterprise and earned income.
Tanya Pepin
Tanya Pepin joined from the corporate sector where she held senior marketing and project management positions in IT and wholesale food industries. She successfully managed all aspects of the marketing mix, responsible for managing the full life cycle of client projects, from proposal through to completion; as well as customer loyalty, business intelligence and ecommerce. She started her career working for the government, where she spent ten years doing analytical research, desk support, liaison and field based work.
Mike McGee
Mike has extensive operational and organisational experience up to Board level in a number of disciplines – in particular Marketing, Purchasing and Logistics. For 8 years he was managing director of the second largest cash and carry group in the UK, operating central purchasing and shared services for 35 member companies. He then helped found an IT systems and information management company. Specialising in the FMCG sector. Mike has worked on a range of consultancy projects including process mapping, strategic planning and business unit development. He has contributed articles to many publications and studies on a wide range of subjects from future uses of IT through to collaborative benefits within sectors
Angela Roden
Angela Roden was Appeals Director at the Christie Hospital in Manchester from 1995-2002, raising more than £25m for their centenary appeal. In 2002 she moved to the Royal Marsden Hospital to oversee a £30m capital appeal. This target was reached in 2006. Angela was appointed MBE in 2004. She is now an Associate Director of Fundraising Issues with John Pepin Europe Ltd.
Jim Berry
Jim has been in the IT sector in both development and consultancy roles for over eight years, covering all aspects on numerous IT projects from user interface design, database modeling and data warehousing principles to systems and data architecture. He is fully versed in numerous database products and programming languages as well as both software and data modeling approaches. A particular area of expertise for Jim is the sourcing and integration of disparate data sources, combining them into data warehouses and OLAP cubes.
Christy Cheung
Christy has previously worked within IT for a major International Corporate, specialising in providing technical expertise to create bespoke document management and network solutions for corporate clients. In the third sector she has worked for an organisation which annually turns over £10million from income and funding. Employed as their Management Information Specialist, she was a key member of the project management team that successfully implemented an MIS, financial and ID security system to produce information to meet strict and complex government funding methodology audits each year.
Ricky Hailstone
Ricky worked for a large international financial organisation, Santander (formally Abbey National PLC) for ten years as a Project Manager and Technical Business Consultant. His main role as an Information Quality Consultant was to act as a custodian for all customer information within the organisation. Ricky was involved with various projects designed to ensure that the integrity of Santander’s customer data was maintained at all times, by carrying out analysis against large volumes of data via Business Objects and Trillium. Trained in business and finance and experienced in sales, Ricky is responsible for supporting key projects on behalf of JPA Insight.
Daniela Dimitrova
Daniela has extensive experience in research and data analysis acquired from Luton University Business School where she worked as a Research Assistant. She has been involved in a number of research projects focusing on Entrepreneurship and Internationalisation of Small and Medium Size Enterprises in transition economies. As part of a research project she has written chapters of a book on entrepreneurship and small business management which is to be used by business students in Ukraine. Daniela has also had experience in administering EU funded projects such as TEMPUS, aimed to increase cooperation and network building between EU member states and partner countries in Central and Eastern Europe. She currently specialises in data analysis.
Ilan Vuddamalay
Ilan graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2004 (BSc degree in Management) and an MSc Management (LSE and the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) Master’s in International Management HEC School of Management Paris 2006). Her Master’s degree involved researching the marketing of Fair-trade goods and a market research project for a children’s book start-up company in France. Ilan has completed a variety of project-based internships within the chemicals industry, the Department of Education and Skills and a marine conservation non-profit organisation and has worked in France, Switzerland and around the UK; and a projects officer in the national and international co-operative movement before joining the JPA team as a business analyst in 2007.
